Prohibited services and content include escort services, adult entertainment, sexually suggestive ads, pornographic content in any form (photos, videos, services), sexually explicit images, nudity, adult toys, services offering sexual favors, companionship, or massage with adult content implications, unlicensed or fraudulent financial, medical, or legal services, and psychic services, spells, or occult practices with misleading or exploitative intent.
Offensive or harmful content such as hate speech, racism, violent content, terrorism or support for extremist groups, threats, harassment, defamation, or promotion of self-harm or suicide are strictly prohibited.

7. Fees and Paid Services
Standard listings are free unless otherwise specified. Premium features such as “Featured Ads” or “Top of Search” may incur additional charges. All payments are processed via secure third-party gateways. Paid services are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. For billing support, you may submit a ticket at support.aviox.net.
8. Legal Compliance
All users are responsible for ensuring that their listings comply with local, national, and international laws and regulations, including consumer protection laws, tax obligations, and any required licenses or permits. This includes adherence to import and export restrictions for items listed across borders. AdsBook.net is not responsible for verifying legal compliance of posted content and is not liable for any illegal transactions or activities.
9. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes, avoid posting spam, duplicate ads, or misleading content, respect the privacy and rights of other users, and promptly report any suspicious behavior, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
10. Community Guidelines
To maintain a safe and respectful platform, all users must communicate honestly and respectfully, refrain from harassment, discrimination, or exploitation, follow listing and posting rules, and use feedback and communication channels responsibly. Adsbook.net reserves the right to suspend or ban users who violate community standards.
11. Limitation of Liability
AdsBook.net is a neutral platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not involved in actual transactions and do not guarantee the quality, legality, or accuracy of listings. You assume all risks when using the platform, including risks related to payment, delivery, and product authenticity.
